I schedule appointments, Monday - Saturday. Times vary depending on availability, but evenings are always available.

Directions:

My building is located in Victoria Park (adjacent to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, north of the Las Olas Shoppes) on the corner of Broward Blvd. & NE 8th Ave., one block east of Federal Highway (US-1). The building's driveway is located on NE 8th Ave.

From I-95, exit at Broward Blvd:
- Go East on Broward Blvd.
- As you approach Downtown, stay in your right lane.
- Cross Federal Highway and the right lane will convert to a right turn only lane onto NE 8th Ave.
- As you turn Right on NE 8th Ave., you'll see the Cumberland Building on the SE corner of Broward & 8th., your left side.
- Turn left into the Cumberland Building driveway and follow the signs to either park in the North or South parking lots. You can park anywhere you like.

After Hours Entrance Instructions:

My building’s entrance usually closes around 7pm. If your appointment is in the evening, please call me when you park, and I will let you into the building.
